
Ingredients
- Half head of cauliflour
- Half head of broccoli
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 200g greenbeans
- 3 sliced carrots
- 3 cups of water
- 1 packet of S&B Golden curry
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan on medium to low heat. Add potatoes, cauliflour, broccoli and carrots, stirring for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, stir then cover with a lid. Bring it to a low heat and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes, or until all vegetables are softened.
- Once vegetables have softened, remove the lid then separate the block of S&B Golden curry into pieces and spread evenly in the pan. Stir until all it's contents have dissolved and let sit for 5 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
