
Ingredients
- Pork Fillet
- 1 Carrots
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 bunch of Bok Choy
- 1/2 a pack of firm Tofu cut into cubes
- 1/2 red capsicum cut into thin slices
- 1/2 table spoon of light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 a teaspoon of dark Soy Sauce
- 1 table spoon of Obento Rice Wine vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of arrowroot
Method
- Fry the all the ingredients in hot oil with crushed garlic starting with the carrots, mushrooms, capsicum, tofu, pork meat and then the bok choy.
- Seasoned and when all ingredients are well cooked, add a sauce made with 1 cup of water mixed with light and dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and the arrowroot
- Let simmer until sauce simmer and then your food is ready to enjoy!
