Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Valcom Massaman curry paste
- 500g Beef
- 5-6 Potatoes
- 1/2 Coconut cream
Method
- Dice beef
- Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks
- Add Valcom Massaman curry paste, beef and potatoes to slow cooker
- Slow cook for 4-8hrs
- Add coconut cream half hour before serving
