
Ingredients
- 1 bundle of Hakubaku soba noodles cooked and drained
- 2 Tbs ABC kepac manis, 2 Tbs tamari sauce, 2 Tbs chilli sauce, 1 Tbs of minced ginger, 1 Tbs minced garlic and a dash of seseame oil made into a marinade at bottom of a container
- 1/2 a block of firm tofu cut into think squares
- Thinly sliced spinach, carrots, courgettes, red peppers, raw beetroot or any other veges desired. Frozen edemame beans lightly cooked.
- Garnish of fried shallots or tamari roasted nuts or black sesame seeds
Method
- Marinate tofu for a minimum of 1 hour then fry in plain oil until brown and slightly crispy
- Mix sliced veges and cooled soba noodles together and mix in left over marinade
- Plate up, lay tofu on top and garnish
