
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Nori seaweed
- Sushi seasoning
- Vegetables and meat of choice for filling eg. Carrot and cucumber, crab sticks, salmon.
Method
- Cook rice and add sushi seasoning
- Cut up vegetables and arrange on plate
- Make your own Maki sushi by placing a spoonful of sushi rice in the middle of the nori square, add vegetables, then fold up the bottom of the nori sheet and wrap the sides of the sheet around to join.
- Serve with soy sauce
