
Ingredients
- Thick sliced white bread
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Dill
Method
- Place 2 eggs in boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.
- Remove eggs and peel after they have cooled enough to touch.
- Separate whites and yolk. Finely chop egg white. Add yolk and fork mash together. Season with salt and pepper and dill
- Spread Kewpie mayonnaise on two slices of white bread. Spread egg mixture. Cut into 6 pieces to be bite size
