
Ingredients
- Hakubaku Ramen Noodles
- Shredded roast chicken
- Frozen Peas
- Frozen Corn
- Chicken stock powder
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Shredded Obento nori
Method
- Place Ramen noodles into boiling water for 4 minutes
- While the noodles are cooking, place shredded roast chicken, frozen peas & corn into a tall glass jar.
- Rinse cooked noodles in cold water and place on top of chicken and vegetables in the glass jar.
- Add seasoning; 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder, soy sauce and dark soy sauce on top of the noodles, adjust amounts to taste.
- Add shredded nori, cover and leave in the fridge until needed.
- Top up glass jar with boiling water and mix to create a delicious magic noodle soup when you get hungry!
