
Ingredients
- 3 cups sushi rice
- 100g Smoked salmon
- Sushi seasoning
- Nori seaweed sheets
Method
- Wash rice and add 3.5 cups of water with rice in pot. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally for 10 mins
- When rice is half cooked, add 6 tablespoons of sushi seasoning to taste. Cook a further 5-10mins, continuing to stir so it does not stick to bottom of pot. Leave rice to cool down.
- Place rice in seaweed sheet in a triangular mould (or any shape you like including rice balls!)
- Add your favourite ingredient (I.e. salmon) between the rice
- Place moulded rice in seaweed sheet and wrap it up (as pictured)
- Lunchbox onigiri is ready to eat. Enjoy!
