
Ingredients
- Tuna
- Sushi rice
- Yaki Nori
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Red capsicum
- Cheese
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Cook the sushi rice and season. Cool before using.
- Cut up cucumber, grate carrot in thin strips, slice cheese and open the tuna.
- Place the rice onto the yaki nori, along with ingredients (keeping to one strip). Squeeze some mayo and roll. Cut into small pieces.
- Dip in soy! Healthy and yummy school lunch!
