- Cauliflower Rice
- Chinese Broccoli
- Egg
- Mince Pork
- Garlic
- Kim Chi
Method
- Chop Chinese broccoli/Greens and seperate stem from Leafy Bits (Chop into slivers)
- Fry Cauliflower rice to dry it out a little (remove and set aside)
- Stir Fry Pork Mince with chopped Garlic, add Soy... then add Chinese Broccoli stems to cook
- Add Cauliflower rice, soy sauce, Hot chilli sauce and leafy green parts of Chinese broccoli. Stir fry quickly.
- Fry Egg
- Plate dish -Put Fried Cauliflower rice with, egg, Kim chi and finish with more soy and ABC chilli Sauce. Low Carb Deliciousness!
