
Ingredients
- Shirataki Noodles
- Chicken Breast
- Onions
- Gochujang
- Mirin seasoning
- Sesami oil
- Rice vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- Salad mix (or any vegetable mix of your choice)
- Boiled Egg
- Sriracha (optional)
Method
- Slice the onion and dice the chicken breast.
- Drain the shirataki noodles and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, mix together Gochujang, mirin seasoning, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add a bit of water to it.
- pan fry the onion and chicken for 5 mins (or until it develops some browning).
- Add the sauce mix and let cook for 3 mins.
- Add the noodles and mix. Let cook for another 3-5 mins.
- Lower the heat and add your salad mix. Mix until salad is slightly wilted and turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a plate and add the slices boiled egg and sriracha to top it off.
