
Ingredients
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoon
- Light Soy sauce 1.5 teaspoon
- Dark soy sauce 1.5 teaspoon
- Sesame oil 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground white pepper
- Yi mein noodles 250g
- Handful of Chinese chives, chopped
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms (if dried, rehydrated in boiling water beforehand), sliced thinly
Method
- Boil noodles for 3 minutes then drain, set aside.
- Mix sauce ingredients. Heat wok. Heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil then add mushrooms and Chinese chives, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add noodles and stir until well combined.
- Mix sauces and add to the wok. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat and serve.
