
Ingredients
- 2 Lobster Tails
- 8 Brioche Buns
- 1/2 cup of Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 shallots
- 1 cup Watercress
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Method
- Poach Lobster Tails until cooked (approximately 10 mins) then chill in fridge
- Prepare Brioche buns with light spread of butter. Heat in oven for 5 minutes (180 degrees).
- Mix Kewpie mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard powder and vinegar.
- Prepare lobster tails by removing meat.
- Take warmed buns from oven. Spread a generous tablespoon of kewpie mayonnaise mix on each bun. Add lobster, shallots and watercress. Add another dollop of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
