
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon fillet
- 3 broccolini stems
- Handful of green beans
- Rice
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Kewpie Mayo
- 1/2 Avocado
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Place salmon in a frying pan and drizzle teriyaki sauce on the salmon
- While salmon cooks cut up your veggies
- Place rice in microwave to cook & place in bowl
- Add the sliced Avocado and tomatoes
- Once salmon is cooked (approx 5-7mins). Take off plan and put on a plate.
- Add chopped broccoli & green beans to the pan and drizzle some teriyaki sauce on top. Cook until more tender (approx 5mins)
- Place the cooked veggies in the bowl.
- Pull apart the salmon and place in the bowl.
- Drizzle with yewpie and top with sesame seeds. That’s it!!!
