- Rice Paper Rolls
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Vermicelli
- Chilli
- Corriander
- Lemongrass
- Garlic
- Fish Sauce
- Lime Juice
- Capsicum
- Red Onion
- Peanuts
Method
- Coat thinly sliced beef in lemongrass, fish sauce, garlic and lime juice. Fry on a high heat till just browned.
- Julienne carrots, cucumber and capsium. Slice red onion, corriander and chilli.
- Cook vermicelli as per packet instructions. Cool in cold water.
- Combine more fish sauce, lime juice, garlic and chillis to make the dipping sauce.
- Wet rice paper rolls quickly in warm water, then wrap with vermicelli, salad and beef.
- Dip in sauce, and enjoy!
