
Ingredients
- Half a cup of Kewpie mayonnaise
- 4 potatoes
Method
- Peel & cut portages in quarters. Par boil for 4 minutes, drain & shake the potatoes in the pot.
- Mix potatoes with Kewpie and roast in 200 degree oven for 45 minutes, turning after 30 minutes.
