
Ingredients
- Microwave white rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Tuna in spring water
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sesame seeds
- Avocado
- Wasabi
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook rice in microwave as per packet (90 seconds). Remove from packet in a bowl and add 3 tbsp of sushi seasoning. Set aside.
- Drain tuna and add to another bowl with kewpie mayonnaise. Mix together with a fork and add sesame seeds.
- Cut up the avocado into strips.
- Lay out the yaki nori on a board and place rice directly on. Then place avocado, tuna and mayonnaise mix on top. (Add extra mayonnaise if desired)
- Dip fingers in bowl of warm water and lightly dab the yaki nori. Roll up tight to create sushi rolls.
- Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy! Serve with wasabi and soy sauce.
