- Cooked chook from Coles
- Valcom Authentic Thia Laksa Paste
- Coles light coconut Milk
- Coles light coconut cream
- Capsicum
- Corridor
- Carrots x2
- 3 min egg noodles Coles
Method
- Pull apart cooked chook for slightly shredded meat
- Pre cut all vegetables and set aside.(Carrot, capsicum, coriander)
- Over stove in a pot pour olive oil and Valcom Authentic Thia Laksa Paste. Let the sauce sizzle
- Add water when sauce begins to sizzle then add your carrots and capsicum.
- Add pulled chicken and let the flavours build.
- Off set the 3 min egg noodles and bowl of boiled water. Let them soften and grow, then strain and set aside.
- Once vegetables are cooked soft your meal is ready for final assemble. Add your egg noodles in individual bowls then add your finished Laksa. Complete the aesthetic and flavours with garnished and freshly cut coriander.
