
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cauliflower florets cut into 5 cm pieces
- ½ cup of Korean Gochujang
- 4 tsps of rice flour
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of pepper
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of water
- White sesame (garnish)
- Coriander or green onion (garnish)
- 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200C
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized pieces
- Mix the rice flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Add water, gochujang, maple syrup and oil and mix well.
- Add cauliflower to the batter and coat it with the batter.
- Brush the cauliflower with oil and lay a single layer on a tray.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 10-15 mins at 200C.
- In a small bowl, add the kewpie and top with the oil and sesame seeds.
- When the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds, coriander or green onions. Serve with dipping sauce.
