- Rice
- Egg
- Cucumber
- S&B Wasabi

Method
- Cook rice, cool it and add sushi rice sauce, homemade with sugar, vinegar and wine
- Pan cook the egg
- Slice the fish
- Roll rice, fish and other ingredients into Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Slice the roll into desired size to be ready for serve
