
Ingredients
- Kingfish sashimi 250 grams
- Coriander
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lemon
- Squid fish sauce
- Green chilli
- 1 garlic clove
Method
- Roughly chop up coriander, garlic and 1 green chilli
- Place into blender, adding fish sauce and a squeeze of lemon. Blend into a green paste
- Slice sashimi to desired thickness, 1-2mm preferred
- Assemble the sashimi onto the plate covering with the green paste on top
- Add lime piece to garnish and coriander. Enjoy
