
Ingredients
- Kingfish sashimi 250 grams
- 1 Coriander Bunch
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lemon
- Coconut Cream
- Squid Fish Sauce
- Green Chilli
Method
- Roughy chop up the coriander, garlic and green chilli. Leaving some green chilli for garnish later.
- Place into the blender, adding fish sauce and a squeeze of lemon. Blend into a green paste.
- Slice sashimi into desired thickness.
- Assemble the sashimi onto the plate covering with the green paste on top. Add a small dash of coconut cream.
- Finish with lime pieces, chilli and coriander to garnish. Enjoy.
