Ingredients
- Rice wine vinegar
- Garlic
- Gochujang
- Sugar
- Salt
- Wombok
Method
- Cut up your wombok and sprinkle with sugar and salt and let stand.
- Rinse the wombok and add crushed garlic, tsp of ginger, tablespoon of gochujeng, a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, a tablespoon of fish sauce and a slice of spring onion.
- Mix together put in a container and refrigerate. Use as a side dish or by itself
