
Ingredients
- 1 cup Obento sushi rice
- 2x Birds eye chicken style tenders
- 1x S&B golden curry mild portion
- 1/4 carrot
- Water 1.5 cup for rice .5 cup for curry mix
Method
- Rinse rice well and add to rice cooker, add 1.5 cup water. Cook rice
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius Boil jug and mix 1/2 cup curry cube (chopped small so it will melt faster)
- Place tenders on baking tray and cook for 15 minutes turning once.
- Add rice to half a plate or shallow bowl. Add curry sauce on other half, top with sliced chicken style tenders.Slice carrot with a pealer into small rounds and place on top as a garnish.
