- Chilli tuna
- Kale slaw
- Avocado
- Quinoa
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- This recipe is about being quick, tasty and fresh. Add kale slaw to a generous sized bowl
- Open a tin of chilli tuna, drain and spread over kale slaw.
- Cut up half an avocado and add to the bowl
- Add 3 heaped dessert spoons of pre cooked quinoa to the bowl
- Add a good squeeze of kewpie Mayo and toss gently
- Once combined, add another good squirt of kewpie Mayo over the salad.
- Sit down and savour the beautiful flavours.
