- 125g Brown Rice Cup (Microwave)
- Half a Cucumber
- 125g Canned Edamame Beans
- Half an Avocado
Method
- Take an excited breath in as you embark on possibly the easiest journey to a delicious lunch with this one-bowl-5-minute meal.
- Take out 1 bowl.
- Slice or dice avocado and cucumber and place in your chosen bowl.
- Open edamame can with convenient can-opening finger loop, drain, and add edamame to your growing bowl - you’re half way there already!
- Microwave rice cup as per packaging instructions, for 40 seconds. Add to your bowl, it’s looking good!
- Layer smoked salmon into bowl - woah look at all the colours!
