
Ingredients
- Kewpie mayo
- Gochujang
- Thicken cream
- 2 salmon filets
- Salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Your choice of pasta
Method
- Boil your pasta according to the package. Remember to leave a lot of pasta water on the side
- Chop 3 garlic cloves
- Chop 2 salmon filets into cubes
- Marinate salmon with 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 2 tablespoon of Kewpie mayo, pinch of salt and sugar, and cracked pepper
- Pan fry salmon in oil and remove salmon from pan
- Cook garlic in the remaining oil
- Add pasta water
- Add gochujang and stir the mixture
- Add thicken cream and let the pasta thicken
- Add spinach on the side or while cream is thickening to blanch it
