
Ingredients
- Onion, green capsicum, snow peas and carrot
- Chicken tenderloins 500gms
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic, chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Coconut milk
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix (mild)
Method
- Heat olive oil in wok, add chicken, onions,chilli,garlic and stir fry until just cooked. Remove from fry pan. Add whole Golden Curry packet to a cup of boiling water and mix until smooth texture.
- Stir fry vegetables. Once cooked, add the previous mix along with Golden Curry mix
- Heat until all ingredients are fully cooked, approx 10mins.
- Serve with Basmatti rice
