- Kecap Manis
- Can add sweet chilli sauce or ginger or garlic.
Method
- Marinate chicken in Kecap Manis for 10 minutes or so
- Fry drained chicken strips on BBQ or in a pan. Turn after a few minutes. Once cooked through, add a splash more Kecap Manis.
