Ingredients
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix
- Chicken breast
- Chicken mince
- Potato
- Carrot

Method
- Stir fry and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat
- Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer
- Turn the heat off, add curry into the skillet. Stir until curry mix has melted. Simmer whilst stirring constantly
- Serve hot over rice
