
Ingredients
- prawns
- Green onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Dumpling wrappers
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Chop all ingredients and mix. Use a teaspoon to measure how much should go into each dumpling wrapper. Wrap individually. Place goyozas in pan arranged as a fan.
- Add water to pan and turn on at medium heat. Cook until water has evaporated, then allow Goyazas to brown on the bottom.
- Serve with rice and soy sauce to dip.
