- Rice
- Chicken breast
- Spring onions
- Mild curry stock
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Zucchini
Method
- Start to boil your rice
- Coat your chicken breast in panko breadcrumbs
- Start to fry your chicken in a pan with oil. Once chicken is starting to brown add the zucchini in the pan till golden brown.
- Once chicken and rice is coke, reduce heat and start with the katsu sauce.
- Add the stock to a saucepan with required water and start to simmer. Once the sauce is smooth serve up rice and chicken and pour sauce on top. Sprinkle spring onions and you’re good to go.
