Ingredients
- 2 x chicken breasts
- 2 x eggs
- Plain flour
- Panko crumbs
- Broccolini
- Toasted black sesame seeds
- Golden curry mix
- Steamed rice
Method
- Put rice in rice cooker and press start
- Slice chicken breasts in half lengthways so they are thin and will cook quickly. Coat in flour, then egg and panko crumbs.
- Heat oil in large fry pan and fry chicken until golden brown. Cook golden curry in saucepan following instructions on pack
- Microwave broccolini to lightly steam
- Place rice, sliced chicken and broccolini in bowl and cover with curry. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds
