
Ingredients
- S&B Golden Curry medium hot
- 100g carrots sliced
- 150g potato washed and diced
- 2 pieces Crumbed chicken breast
- Japanese sushi rice
- Obento sushi seasoning
Method
- Prepare and cook 2 cups of rice
- Boil potato and carrots in 540ml of water until soft
- Air fry 2 pieces crumbed chicken breast
- Add S&B Golden Curry medium hot into boiled vegetables and stir until curry pieces mix
- Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly
- Combine Obento sushi seasoning with rice to taste
- Add seasoned sushi and cooked crumbed chicken breast into a bowl, cover with S&B Golden Curry and vegetable mix
- Enjoy your meal
