
Ingredients
- 4 x chicken breast schnitzel, crumbed
- 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
- 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 cups rice
Method
- Add rice to cooker and turn on
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Once it is hot, place the chicken pieces into the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Flip the chicken over and cook on the other side until cooked through - a further 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat a tablespoon of oil in another frypan or wok. Once hot toss in broccolini and bok choy and stir fry until cooked and slightly crispy.
- Toss veggies in Kewpie roasted sesame dressing
- Serve the chicken and vegetables with rice and a drizzle of tonkatsu sauce.
