- Golden curry medium mix
- Obento udon noodles
- Garlic
- White onion
- Water
- Shimaya sashimi moto
- Carrot
- Potato
- Chicken breast
- Panko crumbs
- Egg
- Soy sauce
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Oil
- Lettuce
- Seaweed
- Furikake
- House red pepper
- Ginger
Method
- Sauté onion, garlic and ginger in oil
- Add some water to deglaze
- Add in curry mix and mix till it’s all melted
- Add more water along with dashi
- Add soy sauce to taste
- Cut chicken breast in half and marinade with salt pepper and garlic
- Add chicken to flour
- Add chicken to egg wash
- Add chicken to Panko
- Fried on 170c for 8 mins
- Boil egg for 7mins
- Mix flour and water and add to broth to thicken
- Add potato and carrot
- Place udon into broth for 2-3 mins
- Add udon and broth to bowl with carrot and potato
- Cut chicken and add to bowl
- Cut boiled egg and add to bowl
- Top with finely chopped lettuce and green onion, seaweed, along with furakake and red pepper to Taste
- Kewpie Mayo on the side to dip chicken for extra flavour
