
Ingredients
- 1 cups Sushi rice
- 2 tbs Obento Sushi seasoning
- Spray Oil
- 1 Chicken breast
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 knob Ginger
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 Obento Seaweed sheets
- 1 Carrott
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayo
Method
- Wash 1 cup of rice and place in a pot with 1 and a half cups of water. Turn to medium/high heat, when simmering turn off stove and leave covered to steam.Add rice seasoning and allow to cool.
- Cut chicken breast into strips and beat egg in a bowl.
- Put some panko crumps onto a plate. Dip chicken in egg and then panko crumbs.
- Place strips into air fryer and spray with oil. Preheat air fryer to 200 degrees celsius, cook for 5 minutes each side or until til golden.Allow to cool.
- Cut Carrots and spring onions thinly
- Saute garlic and ginger, add brown sugar, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce to pan and stir. Add a dash of water to thin out.Allow to cool.
- Place rice onto seaweed sheet, add toppings and roll.Cut with a wet knife.
- Serve with dipping sauce, Kewpie mayo, sesame seeds, spring onion, soy sauce and wasabi
