
Ingredients
- S&B Golden Curry (mild)
- 4-6 Medium Carrots
- 4 medium potatoes
- Chicken stock
- Chicken tenderloins (crumbed)
- Coconut milk
- Coconut cream
Method
- Combine Golden Curry, coconut milk and coconut cream in a pot. Bring to a simmer and continue stirring until Golden Curry has melted and mixed in. Season with 2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder.
- Add chunky diced carrots and potatoes. Continue stirring until vegetables have softened.
- Cook pre crumbed chicken tenderloins in oven until done.
- Serve topped with tenderloins.
- Can be served with a side dish of steamed baby beans.
