
Ingredients
- 2 chicken snitzel already crumbed
- 1 packet golden curry mix - heat mild, medium or hot according to taste
- 1 packet microwave rice, choose type to your own raste
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- Handful peas, frozen
- 500 ml water
Method
- Place chicken in air frier. Cook 15 mins
- Place potatoes and carrots in water, bring to boil and cook 10-15 mins
- Add pack of golden curry and peas to potatoes and stir, simmer until thickened. No more than 5 min
- Microwave rice as per pack whilst sauce is simmering
- Serve, place snitzel on plate, pour over sauce, serve with rice
