Method
- To make the chicken:- cut up the thighs into small pieces - season with garlic powder, mirin, cooking sake, soy sauce, ginger and sugar- coat with potato starch and crack an egg over it- let it marinate for 30 minutes before frying
- For the noodles:- Boil chicken stock, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil to taste- prepare noodles as per pack - chop desired vegetables and place in soup- assemble noodles and chicken in soup- garnish with boiled egg and sesame seeds
