- Sesame dressing
- Corn starch
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
Method
- Cut chicken into small bite size cubes.
- Marinade chicken let sit for 30 mins, Cook twice in roughly 1 inch of vegetable oil leaving to rest for 3-4 mins between 1st and 2nd fry.
- Remove chicken from oil onto paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Prepare karaage Chicken by adding Lettuce, Mayo, roasted sesame dressing and karaage into a bun
