
Ingredients
- Cooked rice
- Chicken thighs left whole
- 1 Courgette
- 1 Red and 1 green pepper
- A head of Broccoli
- Garlic salt
- Tbsp Premium Soy sauce
- Tsp Honey
- Tbsp Mirin seasoning
- Olive oil for coating pan
Method
- Heat pan with oil place thigh fillets whole in hot pan sprinkle with garlic salt then turn the chicken and salt the cooked side
- Chop all vegetables sprinkle over the chicken tossing until chicken is cooked
- Cover wit a lid allow to simmer for a few more minutes turn heat off allow to rest
- Add soy, mirin and honey mix in Serve on cooked rice sprinkle with dry fried onions
