
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- obento yoki nori sushi
- Tofu
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Obento sushi seasoning
Method
- Steam rice & let cool
- Sprinkle obento sushi seasoning over rice and combine gently
- Chop up veggies into long lengths
- Cut up tofu into long lengths and deep fry
- Lay obento yoki nori sushi onto bamboo mat, shiney side down.
- Place rice onto obento yoki nori sushi in an even layer leaving a 5cm edge at the top free of rice.
- Stack your veggies and tofu long ways onto the rice
- Using the mat roll up your sushi into a long roll
- Place into the fridge and allow to cool and firm.
- Slice into bite size pieces.
- Grab your favorite teacup and place in soy sauce
- Arrange sushi around the teacup
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
