
Ingredients
- Mince (beef or pork), 500g
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, 3 tbs
- Squid Fish Sauce, 2 tbs or to taste
- Rice Wine Vinegar, generous splash
- Grated Carrot x 2
- Greens (mint, cucumber, broccoli, beans, lettuce, coriander) 2 cups of whatever you have
- Garlic, 4 cloves minced or measure with heart
- Frash Ginger, 2 inches grated. Or Measure with heart
- 2 cups cooked Jasmin Rice, seasoned.
- Onion, brown or red. Half for mince mix, half for garnish
- Pickled Ginger, to garnish
Method
- Brown diced onion with mince.Cook Rice per instructions. Season with sushi rice wine vinegar
- Add grated carrot, garlic, fresh ginger, oyster sauce, fish sauce, splash rice wine vinegar to mince mix. Simmer for 10 min.
- Place 0.5 cup of cooked rice in bowl, add 0.5 cup of mince mix, 1 cup of choped mixed greens (veg & herbs)
- Garnish with chopped peanuts, pickled ginger, onion
