- 1 pack (270g) Hakubaku Organic Japanese Udon Noodles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cucumber
- 100g thinly sliced ham
- 100g thinly sliced crab sticks
- 1/2 cup Japanese udon sauce or tsuyu (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional garnish)
- 1 sheet nori, cut into thin strips (optional garnish)
