
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 free range eggs
- Oil
- Butter
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Dried seaweed
- Shichimi Togarashi (optional)
Method
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a fry pan
- Remove the centre of each slice of bread (a circle around 2-3cm in diameter will be fine!)
- Butter the bread on both sides
- Place bread in the fry pan and crack an egg into the hole of each slice
- Let the egg and bread cook for a minute or two and then turn it over
- Once the egg has cooked and the bread is fried on both sides, place it on a plate
- Top with kewpie mayonnaise, dried seaweed and shichimi togarashi
- Serve, eat and enjoy! Oishi!
