
Ingredients
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Obento Cooking Sake
- Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce
- Obento Mirin Seasoning
- Pork chop
- eggs
Method
- Tenderize pork chops and season with salt and pepper
- Coat pork chops with flour then whisked eggs then panko bread crumbs
- Deep fry pork chops prepared in step 2
- Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of mirin seasoning and 1 tablespoon of cooking sake and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Heat over low heat
- Dip the fried pork chops in the mix in step 4
- Serve immediately
