- Sushi rice
- Egg
- Obento Yaki nori for sushi
- Tuna
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sweet soya sauce
- Obento rice wine vinegar
- Miniature radishes
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Avocado
Method
- Cook sushi rice in rice cooker. Season with rice wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Press into a 1/4 cup and empty into serving bowl.
- Lightly beat egg with a dollop of sweet soya sauce and cook as an omelette in small frying pan. Roll, and secure with a toothpick.
- Empty small tin of tuna into a bowl and mix in a spoon of Kewpie mayonnaise. Add a scoop of this to serving bowl.
- Slice cucumber, avocado, radish and carrot and arrange in bowl.
- Cut pieces of yaki nori and arrange in serving bowl.
- Drizzle sweet soya sauce over serving bowl. Add some Kewpie mayonnaise to decorate.
