
Ingredients
- 800g coleslaw
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- Spring onion to garnish
- Kecap manis
- Kewpie mayo
- 1x packet tofu
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Cut tofu into square pieces and fry until golden
- Mix flour, stock and eggs together. Pour over coleslaw and stir
- Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in a frying pan in vegetable oil
- Drizzle kecap manis and kewpie mayo over the pancakes and top with tofu. Garnish with spring onion
