Japanese Pancakes

Ingredients
- Egg
- Flour
- Coleslaw mix
- Spring onions
- Tofu
- Vegetable stock
- Kecap mania and mayonnaise

- ABC - Sweet Soy Sauce
Method
- Cook tofu in pieces until golden
- Combine flour ,stock, egg, coleslaw in a bowl and season
- Cook coleslaw mix in 1/2 cup portions flattening each to a disc on a medium/high heat. 2 mins each side or u til browned
- Place pankcakes on serving plates and drizzle with mayo and kecap manis. Sprinkle spring onions on top
